Don't count your chicken before they're hatched

Are there two versions of this idiom?

Don’t count your chicken before they hatch.
Don’t count your chicken before they’re hatched.

Are both okay?

Thank you!!!

I always thought it was: Don’t count your chickenS before they hatch

yeah, the first one with plural chickens

Don’t count your chickens before they hatch

This ^^^

I think I’m slightly more likely to hear ‘don’t count your chickens before they’ve hatched’. But any version would be understood.
