what ~구 stands for?
Someone correct me if I’m wrong, but I think that ~다고(요) is often pronounced as ~다구(요) in everyday speech. In this case, the two most common usages I find are confirming information that someone has said, “you said that it’s pretty?” or you’re emphasizing something that you’ve said.
