@jamesduffy - Glad to hear you're enjoying the site! As far as native Koreans go, monyou pokes her head out every once in a while, so you might want to post on her wall and say hi: http://www.lingq.com/profile/monyou/
wow!u did a great job..me hoping that i will be fluent one day.um also teaching myself and i have to say um doing all i can and um proud of myself.but um not only learning korean language only um also trying to learn 4 more languages.thank God.also for me i watch korean drama on line.it feels good to learn something news.thank u LingQ.
I've been living in Korea for the past four years, and my Korean is pretty decent. (My LingQ score doesn't reflect this yet, as I just recently joined LingQ and still haven't come into contact with all the words I've learned in the past few years of studying on my own). I'm loving the LingQ system so far -- it's addictive to watch that "known words" number climb higher and higher as I complete lessons, and I love being able to instantly create flashcards with example sentences taken from context without having to type that all in.
Good to see that there are other people studying Korean, even if there aren't many of us. Are there any native Korean speakers on this board?
So am I.
Hello Gabriela, I'm learning korean too. ^_^
