“Licões” (under the LingQ Logo with the Japanese flag), and put your cursor over “Licões”. You should see
“Escrever/Escrita”. Click “Escrever/Escrita” and then click “Submeter text”.
Now you should have a space to write in Japanese. When you are done, you can “submeter” the text to a tutor. You will have to choose a tutor.
If there are no active Japanese tutors, then you could submit texts at Lang-8.
There are thousands of Japanese there. When I submit a writing there, it is corrected within a few minutes for free.

Now, I will try to answer your question.
I don't think there is a third Japanese Ling101 lesson. There are only two lessons in that collection. You can choose another lesson in the library.
In order to write and submit writing you have to use points. You can read about points in the help section. You either earn the points (by adding podcasts to any language library or by tutoring), or you buy the points.
If you have points, you can spend them on writing.
