すべての授業に行ったかすべての授業がいっぱいだかどちらも答えは正しいですか
ベンの平日はどのくらい授業が全て入ったいましたか (In how many of Ben’s weekdays did he have all of his classes?) seems like really weird/broken Japanese to me. Doesn’t seem to match the English “translation” either. Perhaps a native speaker could also chime in.
平日は毎日授業が全て入っていました（He had all his classes every day on weekdays) might be another possible answer but I think there’s something off about the question itself.
