Who is she - help translating a sentence!

Bonjour tout le monde!

I am attempting to improve my French skills and currently working through the ‘Who is she?’ beginner 1 playlist. I am on part 8 and have come across a sentence I am struggling to translate into English (my native language). The sentence is

en quoi cela vous concern-t-il que votre frère a une petite amie?

Now, I know roughly what most of these words mean individually and I can therefore roughly work out what is being implied (“what concern of yours is it if your brother has a girlfriend?”). However, I confused some what by how the words all come together to make this sentence.

Any help gladly received!

I would rather tranlate the sentence by something like this “What is the matter for you if your brother has a girlfriend ?”
Word by word : “en quoi cela vous concerne” → “in what this concerned you”
“que votre frère a une petite amie?” → “that your brother has a girlfriend ?”
