Could you please help me with this word - pouillème ?
Here is the sentence I found it : “alors que non, dans le Pastis, il y a quelques pouillèmes de trucs qui font le le bon goût.” (if you are interested in the topic : this pouillème of the beverage is some extract of anis etc. and I have learnt it thanks to Lingq) 
Could you please suggest a good translation for this word ? I catch the meaning in the context of course, but if you could define it or paraphrise it - it would be even better
