中 as a verb here means "to hit the mark; to be right on point’. The character is basically a picture of the “event” which is the actual perfect definition of the character. (That method for defining characters goes a long way in understanding all the different ways of using a single character in many varying contexts, btw.)
In the case of 说中, 中 is working as an adverb modifying how you spoke.
我说中了 还是 你说中了 are the normal versions of the phrase, and adding the 被 is basically just emphasizing that it was exactly yourself who called it before it came to pass.
