Os adjetivos não devem vir antes do substantivo? Esse trecho possui alguma regra de exceção? Qual seria?

In a formal, literary, or ironic context (especially in old-fashioned language) you will occasionally see the participle after the noun--but note they are participle/verbal adjectives, not regular adjectives, because the (completed) action is emphasized: A God (which has) Fallen
