That is a good place with German podcast but they are mostly without transcript. And a lot of podcasts at podcast.de are from the public radio stations. You know that I started to get the allowance of some podcasters to transcribe their content and import it to LingQ but it is hard work 
From public radio or TV stations we will not get the allowance. But it is very good content if you search for audio or video without transcript.
