I think it just became available for my iPhone 13. Today I looked for the same font called “Noto Serif Korean” on an iPad, and couldn’t find it. Perhaps it’s being gradually rolled out for all devices and operating systems? It looks exactly like the “Georgia Serif” font on my web browser which I love.

This is available in the 5.2.0 version. Your iPad probably just isn’t updated yet.
