YouTube video does not resume at the correct time

Hopefully something can be done about this annoying behavior I have noticed with some YouTube videos. When watching a YouTube video in LingQ, when I click on a LingQ, the YouTube player goes away to show me definitions of the LingQ I have selected. However, when I switch back to the video, I find that it takes me to a previous spot in the video from where I left off. This is quite annoying as I have to remember where I left off and manually advance the video.

For example, I’m working on a video right now and I was 3 minutes into the video when I clicked on a LingQ. When going back to the video, it started at the 0:51 mark. It doesn’t matter how far I get in the video, if I click on a LingQ and go back to the video it starts back at 0:51. Can this be fixed? I noticed it doesn’t happen all the time, but it is really annoying.

Thanks!

Thanks for your feedback. If you try using the sentence mode, you will notice that video continues there from the point it stopped when you clicked on a word.
As you have said, in page mode the video gets replaced by yellow popup and it reset. We will see if we can do something about it.
