Im very confused on how to request a refund, im being charged when i swear i canceled before it renewed my subscription again, can you please issue me a refund for my subscription as well? thank you.
I have the same problem as VigilantJP - I set my subscription to expire on March 7th but instead it automatically renewed and charged me. Please can I have a refund zoran?
