tried to import the following article with the add on but it doesn’t appear to be working.

Sites like yahoo news Japan seem to be working fine however. Any idea why this is?

I tried to import this article using the add-on for Firefox yesterday: DPG Media Privacy Gate
All it actually imported was the text about cookies.
There are many different elements on most web pages, and news sites in particularly seem to be very complicated and cluttered. I imagine that it can be a challenge for the software to determine which element actually contains the main content. I’m surprised that it actually seems to work quite well in most cases.
