I lost my streak, but the day had not finished

Hi.

Yesterday, the day had not finished, but I already had lost my 14-day streak. It was about 11pm. I paid to maintain my 14-day streak.

So, I think: is there something wrong with the timing?

My LingQ time is set America/São Paulo.

No. It’s set to America/São Paulo.

This time I have not lost my streak, but the clock turned before the day’s end.

It’s turns about 11pm.
