Yes... Also every time I try to open a course on my android app, it tells me this is for premium users only and I need to pay (I pay via google every month). However, I have no problems opening the course on my computer.

100%, it's annoying. Something about paying for a year membership will save you X%. I am already paying for an annual membership :(

Have you checked notification setting in the LingQ app? I don't use it often, but if they are not there, maybe there are settings on LingQ desktop that affect mobile notifications

I have. They just don't have any reason to promote to users who already subscribe. Especially every day.
