Content Recommendation: Español con Juan, but easier?

Hi Mark,
Why don't you use ChatGPT to create stories for your language level (let's say A1 - A2) and import them into LingQ using the Text-to-Speech function?
See articles like this one on how do that: https://www.allabtai.com/how-to-write-a-story-in-chatgpt-prompt-engineering/
You could create hundreds of "Mini Stories" this way...

Of course the ministories are great (and you should do them), but you might need to work your way up to those.
I started Spanish by watching the Destinos series 4 times, then branched out from there. It's a bit dated and cheesy (but I find that sort of thing funny), but its method is good. It's a 52 episode telenovela designed to teach you Spanish with a comprehensible input approach. It adds some history/cultural stuff in there too. It's entirely in Spanish (except for a bit in the first episode explaining what it is), the language starts out simple and gets progressively harder as it goes on. The video quality ain't the best but that's not the important part. You can find it at
https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLmgeOynOoiri9KP91GIbMrFERzGEpJAIL
or on learner.org. It's free. You can find the transcripts at

Shouldn't be hard to import them. I believe they're user made so I can't vouch for their accuracy, I did this before lingq was a thing so I didn't use any transcripts, I just listened.

Hi
I am in the same place as you.
For me the challenge has been to find good interesting/entertaining content (not Peppa Pig cartoons) that isn't too complicated in dialog.
These were two resources I have found so far to be the best quality and aimed at actual beginners (A1-A2).
Dreaming Spanish has graded videos to watch. It has Super Beginner (A1) and Beginner (A2) videos (and of course intermediate and advanced ones when you're ready) on all sorts of stories and topics. I chose the topics that interest me.

Although not a video but a book by Juan himself is this one "Hola Lola". Its been the best beginner book I have found to date for Spanish. It starts with basic sentences and slowly builds on the vocab with some giggle moments in the storyline.:
