Healthy life.

 

A healthy life is a life which fulfills some rules. Some of them are given here:
1.
Physical activity, it helps to keep body and mind in balance.
As for me I like dancing and swimming. My husband likes doing karate.
In the past I liked running.

 

2.
Simple food. Pure water. Everybody should avoid fast food, fried food, chips, lots of sweets and fat.
3.
Good rest, neither too long, nor too short. For me it`s about 8 hours, but every day I sleep from 6 to 7 hours and more on Sundays or holidays.
4.
It`s good once a week to visit the doctor and to do a test.
5.
It`s important to have a hobby or to do interesting work.
