Elle le voit manger. Elle veut la souris. Elle la veut.

Question:Elle le voit manger. Elle veut la souris. Elle la veut.
Term:syntax question
Lesson: _MissTake1_, 012 - voir - elle voit
I just read the following lesson and I do not understand some of the grammar in it.

'Elle le voit manger.
Elle le voit manger une souris.
Elle veut la souris.
Elle la veut !"

Word for word...
1-She the sees eat.
2-She the sees eat a mouse.
3-She wants the mouse.
4-She the wants!

Can anyone explain to me the grammar in lines 1, 2 and 4, or link me to something I can read to explain it? When do you arrange the sentence with le or la before the verb and no subject?

In French, we don't say : "I want it", we say "I it want".

The sentence "Elle le voit manger" literary means "She it/him see eating".
"le" means "him" or "it", and is a Direct Object.

The sentence "elle la veut" literary means "she it/her want".
"la" means "her" or "it", and is a Direct Object.
