Try introducing yourself. I'm shy by nature, and sometimes I completely forget what I was going to say. I understand not knowing what to say, even in my native, and so far only, language (English).

Hello , its just ok. just when you introduce yourself to each others automatically topic and new subject will come out form your mouthes . have you ever speck to some one in english? if you haven't that is the reason of your unknown . you can prepare yourself to talk with mirror or with pilot . it sounds crazy hhhh but it works .
