Just recently I have bought a BASIC membership plan for a year. It says it, "starts March 20, 2012" it will end at the same day next year. I was wondering could I switch my plan to the monthly BASIC $10 plan. I know for a fact that I can switch, I just need to know if I get a REFUND for the BASIC membership plan for a year?
