Or, in European Portuguese:

Também pode-se falar "novo" (jovem). "Ele é mais novo que eu".

There are two ways to say that in portuguese.

When the teacher is a woman, you're going to use:
"Você é a melhor professora do mundo."

When the teacher is a man, you're going to use:
"Você é o melhor professor do mundo"
