the problem is that there are only translations if the content provider adds one or if one of the other members with editor access adds one.
Only a few lessons have translations because it is not paying off to add translations. There is no benefit for the provider. It is easy for me to translate from English into German. Nonetheless it is a lot of work. And to translate from German into English is much harder for me.
But I think it is possible to read and understand lessons on LingQ if you read the hints. If you can't get the meaning of a phrase or sentence you can ask here on the forum.
On my blog is a list with beginner lessons and I've added for which of them translations are available. If you feel more comfortable with translations you should start with these. But as soon as possible you should become independent from translations and benefit from the LingQs and their hints.
