What’s the difference between “учитель” and “учительнца”?
Is " he’s a учитель" and “she’s a учительнца”?
All we need to do to make the female form is add “-нца”?

Yes, that’s true! =)))

He is a учитель.
She is a учительница.

There is a number of other nouns with the feminine made according to this principle! =))
But not all of nouns!

If you doesn’t jump from one lesson to another, but repeat every lesson several times, you’ll answer himself for the most of your very simple questions!!!

Oh, I see… Could you suggest me a list which I can find this?

This is where it becomes a bit more complicated!

Many nouns form their plural form by many different ways, some of them, mostly the words borrowed from other languages, do not change their form in plural at all ! =)))

And, again, my feeling is, it’s much easier to ask than to fumble with huge lots of various sources!

Remember that its ница “neetza”, not нца “ntza”.
