Is this an adjective or a noun? I thought the noun, (Russian language) was pronounced Ruskia

That’s why you’d better always give the word and the sentence where this word was. Maybe you ask about the word “русский”? It can be an adjective and a nout, for example: Я люблю русские песни. Я изучаю русский язык. НО вы можете сказать: я изучаю русский (это уже a noun) or: Русские не любят критики.
