Hello, I am unsure of this word. The context on it is, " Je vous paierai, lui dit-elle, Avant l'Oût, foi d'animal, Intérêt et principal. "

Hi,
It seems to be an old form of the word "août" (august), we don't use it anymore.
"avant l'Oût" = "avant (le mois d') août"
