Question:êtes-vous venue ici ?
Lesson: FrenchLingQ - Eating Out, Partie 5
what tense is " êtes-vous venue ici ? " ?

Is it passe compose ? If it is then why is verb venir conjugated " Venue" not " venus " ?

When is " venue " used ?
Sorry, I am not a native speaker, but I will try to answer this question.

I think there is a mistake in this text. I listened to this conversation. Piere is a man, so this word can not be changed.

Here is the text "FrenchLingQ - Eating Out, Partie 5"
Some sentences must be corrected as follows.

Pierre: Oui, j'y suis déjà allé.
Marie: Combien de fois êtes-vous venu ici ?
Pierre: Je suis venu ici au moins 5 fois.
Pierre: Je suis venu ici plusieurs fois.

The following is the rule
A sentence including the past participle "..." + "être"
If the subject is a man, the past participle is "...".
If the subject is a woman, the past participle must be "... + e".
In case of men, men and a woman or men and women, "... + s".
In case of women, "... + es"

Être + venu
Je suis venu
Je suis venue (a speaker is a woman)
Tu es venu
Tu es venue (an interlocutor is a woman)
Il est venu
Elle est venue
Nous sommes venus
Nous sommes venues (speakers are women)
Vous êtes venus
Vous êtes venues (interlocutors are women)
Ils sont venus
Elles sont venues

In regards to your question why it is not in plural "venus": In this case "êtes-vous" is not a plural; it is a formal way to address the second person of the singular (being "Tu" the informal or familiar way). That's why it is not written "venus". Here she is asking to a man, so that's why, as dillemme says, "venue" (with "e" at the end, as it is written in the lesson) can't be correct either. "Venue" would have been used if the person that is being asked were a woman. I agree with dillemme, I think "...êtes-vous venu...?" is correct.
