I tried to use some idioms with the subject some years ago. Does the verse below have any sense? Are the idioms used correctly?

Eastern bull can’t bear the bear
And ain’t a bull-calf.
By the way I don’t care.

It takes the bear by the (arm, leg, neck, waist, or other grabably external body part or worn item of clothing…but not “tooth”!)

The eastern bull sold the bear’s
Skin before the bear has caught.
The eastern bull couldn’t bear the bear
The eastern bull isn’t a bull-calf.
