Example: First show me which floor the apartment IS ON AGAIN.

“First show me which floor the apartment is on again?”
She makes it sound as if she had already been told on which floor the apartment is but has forgotten it again.
“Again” is often used to turn a request into a question like this. You could also have the sentence without “again”:
First show me which floor the apartment is on!
Then it is no longer a question but a demand.
