I can't make head or tail of this abbreviation, what does it mean: R.S.V.P ???
"Répondez s'il vous plaît" an answer is required to the invitation.
it doesn't matter, it's french??? U.A.W.G. it is the same in german, are there letters for this abbreviation in english?

And the sentence: I had to haul ass to the kitchen.... does it mean: I had to bring my ass in the kitchen ....
I am missing the article before ASS or isn't it necessary?
RSVP is the commonly used term in English. It is English, even though the original meaning is French.

"haul ass" is an expression, no article or personal pronoun required, although you could "haul your (my)ass". It is like moving your butt. In other words "move!!!!".
