You can find American English, Canadian English, British English, South African English, Australian English and many more types of English on this site.

The best thing to do is to look at the source of the lesson you are interested in or look at the provider. If you see that the source is VOA, Voice of America, for example, it is obviously American English. If you see that the provider has created a lesson with their own voice you can check the flag of the provider or check their profile to see where they come from or simply listen to their accent ;-)
