How do I know when I use: move into or move in?
| Question: | move into x move in |
|---|---|
| Term: | to move |
| Lesson: | EnglishLingQ - Who Is She?, Part 10 |
"Move into" must be followed by what is being moved into. For example, "move into a new house".
"Move in" is just the action alone. For example, "we move in tomorrow", "when did you move in?", "I moved in last week".
There is also "move to", as in "move to a new city", "move to New York".
Hope this is clear! :)
