Why: " We are out.." instead " We haven't?

Olá!
A forma correta é "Can anyone help me with this", sem "s" em "help".
As duas formas são parecidas, como "não há..." ou "falta..." em português, por exemplo. Em todas as línguas há sinónimos para dizer a misma coisa!
