Do "你早!" means "you're early!" or it's the short form of "早上好!"?

Do “你早!” means “you’re early!” or it’s the short form of “早上好!”? Can both these options be right?

“you’re early!” is: 你(来)早了.

A Children’s song called “老师, 您早!” (Good morning, teacher!)

He greats the teacher with “老师,您早” and the teacher praises him for his politeness.

Impossible to play a song like this in front of a 30 year old Chinese native and not have them, instantly, bobbing their head and bopping along.
