Can anyone cancel my current plan and downgrade my status to free? I can’t do it as it comes up with ‘internal server error’.
@laurenestmoi - It looks like your subscription has already been canceled - you should have received an email confirming your cancellation. Your membership will remain active until the end of your current paid period, then you’ll be downgraded to free. If you run in any other issues let us know!
