LingQs of the day: corrupt email encoding

Hello,

Today’s “LingQs of the day” letter came in a corrupt encoding: instead of Russian text, I can only see its UTF-8 representation in latin encoding, like “местный, местного производства”. Changing encoding settings in my email client does not help.
Yesterday’s email was perfectly readable.
I guess that addition of “Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit” header to email made it unreadable in some email clients (which is logical: UTF-8 encoding is not 7 bit compatible).

Was:

Subject: Finnish LingQs of the Day
Mime-Version: 1.0
Content-Type: multipart/alternative; boundary=mimepart_5357a1277ee66_623ef6b92c29499

Now it is:

Subject: Finnish LingQs of the Day
Mime-Version: 1.0
Content-Type: multipart/alternative;
boundary=“–==_mimepart_5358c412e780e_5bb09833341150c1”;
charset=UTF-8
Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit

@obordal - Hmm, would you be able to forward this email over to me at alex (at) lingq.com so I can take a closer look at what might have caused this?

Also, can you confirm whether this has happened with other emails from LingQ or if this is the only one so far?

@alex - Email forwarded.
As for other emails, I did not yet get any other corrupt ones. “Forum: New post” messages look okay, as do “LingQ Academy” newsletters.
