that I can read in my account: Belastung für Gesprächsteilnahme von 45 Minuten am 2012-07-17 13:00:0
BUT I've ordered at 15.00 ( time in Austria).
Is there anything wrong with my account set up??

Don't worry, the time shown in the transaction list is GMT. Instead, use the time found on the Speak page as your guide, as this is in your local timezone :)
