According to the dictionary this would mean, “she has blonde hair with mites”. What is the intended meaning in this case?

I have no idea, the only meaning I know for “sarna” in European Portuguese is a skin disease (scabies) but makes no sense in the context. It can be a typo, and it should have been written “sardas”, which are “freckles”, but in that case the sound is also wrong.
Perhaps our friends from Brazil or the provider of the lesson can help.

Fernanda

I’m sure you are right, Fernanda. She is describing a woman who is blonde and fair-skinned with freckles.
