Well it is translated correctly, only that they used the word “people” instead of “Germans”.
So if you would put in the “Deutsche” it would translate to:
“Since when can Germans just go ( and sleep ) in someone’s bed…?”
To me as a native German this sounds not natural. I would probably say: “Seit wann kann man einfach in ein fremdes Bett gehen?” oder “Seit wann legt man sich einfach in ein fremdes Bett?”. I think the translation of “Who is She” into German is not the best …
Hier zwei Beispiele:
Seit wann legt man sich einfach in ein fremdes Bett, wenn man müde ist? Ohne Erlaubnis!
Seit wann legt man sich ohne Erlaubnis in ein fremdes Bett, wenn man müde ist?
You should not try to translate things literally. This doesn’t work. We Germans use often “man” when you would use “people”. “man” is a term that you use when you speak from people in general.
