whas is *ebenfalls

I do not know any Croatian at all, but two online dictionaries say ebenfalls = također.
“Anna: Schön, dich zu sehen!
Laura: Ebenfalls!”
In this case it is a phrase that is used to express that I wish/think/do… the same as the other person. It is always related to what the other person has said before.
Anna says that she is happy to see Laura. Laura says, I’m too (the other way round). She is happy too to see Anna.
