Copyright question

i wanted to ask what may be a stupid question; i’m unsure about the answer. for czech i am uploading radio broadcasts from radio.cz that have the written transcripts available on the website. it is all in the public domain, but is it protected by copyright? i.e. can i share these lessons? i’m not very IP savvy…

On the bottom of the page is a copyright. I guess you have to ask them for permission. I cannot find a common creative lizense or something equivalent on their page.
