When you look at your imported lessons ( From the " Import " page not the " My imports - Library" section ) Yuo get a list if the lessons that you imported , and on the side you see a column called " In use "

I was just wondering what that means ? People who are using this content right now ?

Yep, that's pretty much it! "In use" shows you how many users have opened that lesson (or lessons in that collection). If it's 1, it means you're the only one who's opened it (and it is probably private). Collections will usually be more than one, since each lesson will have an "In use" count of at least one.
