I did not use any particular schedule and still don't. I make sure I read and listen every day. I Mostly did both at the same time because I understood much better that way. I repeated early lessons many times, but when I became bored I moved to something else. I saved LingQs for individual words at first. I now save phrases as well. I recommend saving phrases from the beginning, e.g. A word with its preposition, because you will automatically learn how prepositions function this way. Example in English 'to school'. The surrounding words will also appear on the flash card. Change the status of your LingQs whenever you feel you know them. It is not necessary to review the LingQs of the day, but you can if you wish. listening and reading with understanding are enough, and LingQ is the tool to make new material comprehensible. Keep writing on the forum! Spend as much time on your learning as you can, at least 1 hour per day. You will see improvement as the ' language fog' gradually thins and clear patches appear. Do not try to memorise. Your mind is programmed to learn as it needs to, to make comprehension easy for you.
Have lots of fun and read and listen to whatever interests you!
